We value your doors. But we value your child’s fingers more. This is due to a simple fact. It is easier to replace hingers than fingers. If your doors have been installed according to the specifications by a qualified tradesperson the hinges can take pull / push of 10 -12 kg. Just in case, we have provided you with a set of free screws so that you can replace any short screws / broken / missing screws with these.

We have a 14-day return and refunds policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or a refund. Please contact us if your handisure® arrives with parts missing or broken.
